Welcome to the Empowering Fertility Summit.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for, access to, participation in, and purchase of offerings associated with the Empowering Fertility Summit, including the summit website, presentations, interviews, live sessions, digital materials, All-Access Passes, bonuses, giveaways, and other content or resources provided in connection with the summit (collectively, the “Summit”).
The Empowering Fertility Summit is organized and operated by Anne-Claire Le Bihan, based in British Columbia, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering for, accessing, participating in, or purchasing any offering associated with the Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Educational and Informational Purposes
The Empowering Fertility Summit is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Summit brings together speakers and experts who may discuss fertility, reproductive health, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, relationships, mindset, complementary and holistic approaches, spirituality, personal experiences, and other topics related to the fertility journey.
Information shared during the Summit is general in nature and is not intended to constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, mental health care, legal advice, or other professional advice.
Participation in the Summit does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, practitioner-client, or other professional relationship between you and the Summit organizer, speakers, sponsors, or contributors.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding your individual health, fertility, medications, supplements, treatments, medical conditions, or reproductive care before making decisions based on information presented during the Summit.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual and every fertility journey is different.
We make no representation, promise, or guarantee regarding conception, pregnancy, live birth, fertility treatment outcomes, improvements in reproductive health, or any other specific outcome as a result of participating in the Summit or using information or resources provided through it.
Testimonials, personal stories, speaker experiences, case studies, or examples shared during the Summit reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, healthcare, and wellbeing.
3. Summit Speakers and Guest Experts
The Empowering Fertility Summit features independent speakers, practitioners, professionals, educators, and other contributors.
The views, opinions, recommendations, methods, statements, and information expressed by individual speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of the Empowering Fertility Summit or its organizer.
While we thoughtfully select Summit contributors, we do not independently verify or guarantee every statement, recommendation, claim, resource, product, or service discussed by a speaker.
You are responsible for determining, in consultation with an appropriately qualified professional where relevant, whether information, recommendations, products, services, practitioners, or approaches presented during the Summit are appropriate for your individual circumstances.
4. Summit Schedule, Speakers, and Content
We make reasonable efforts to deliver the Summit as described. However, circumstances may occasionally require changes.
We reserve the right to modify the Summit schedule, speaker lineup, presentation order, session times, bonuses, live sessions, resources, or other elements of the Summit when reasonably necessary.
A speaker may withdraw, become unavailable, or need to be replaced, and scheduled sessions may be moved, rescheduled, or modified.
Reasonable changes to the Summit schedule, speakers, presentations, bonuses, or other content do not automatically entitle participants or All-Access Pass purchasers to a refund.
5. Free Summit Access
Registration for the free Empowering Fertility Summit provides access to Summit content according to the schedule and access periods communicated on the Summit website and through Summit communications.
Free access is limited to the access periods specified for each presentation or Summit day.
Registration for the free Summit does not provide ongoing access to Summit presentations unless you separately purchase an applicable All-Access Pass.
6. All-Access Passes
The Empowering Fertility Summit may offer paid All-Access Pass options providing additional or ongoing access to Summit presentations, recordings, resources, bonuses, live-session replays, private audio or podcast feeds, practices, workbooks, or other digital materials, depending on the Pass purchased.
The specific materials, benefits, bonuses, and access included with your purchase are those described on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Your All-Access Pass and the materials provided through it are for your individual, personal use only.
You may not share your login information, private links, podcast feeds, recordings, downloads, workbooks, presentations, or other paid Summit materials with another person.
7. Ongoing Access
Where an All-Access Pass or other Summit offering is described as providing “ongoing access,” this means access to the applicable materials for as long as the Empowering Fertility Summit continues to host and make those materials available through its website, course platform, private podcast platform, or another designated service.
“Ongoing access” does not constitute a guarantee that any particular website, platform, technology, or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.
We may change hosting platforms, delivery methods, URLs, or technology providers over time without affecting the nature of your access.
If Summit content must eventually be permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts, where practical, to provide purchasers with advance notice or an opportunity to access or download eligible materials before removal.
8. Payments and Purchases
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
If a payment plan is offered for any Summit purchase, you remain responsible for completing all payments according to the payment schedule agreed to at checkout.
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to paid Summit materials.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Empowering Fertility Summit All-Access Passes and the access provided to digital content and resources, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review the applicable offer and everything included with your All-Access Pass carefully before completing your purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Empowering Fertility Summit website, branding, graphics, written materials, workbooks, recordings, interviews, videos, audio files, emails, downloadable materials, and other Summit content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong either to the Summit organizer or to the applicable speaker, contributor, or rights holder.
Your registration or purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials made available to you for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or otherwise distribute Summit materials without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
You may not share paid Summit recordings, private podcast feeds, login credentials, downloadable resources, or other restricted materials with individuals who have not purchased or otherwise been granted access.
Purchasing an All-Access Pass does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
11. Live Sessions and Recordings
Certain Summit-related sessions may be delivered live and may be recorded for replay purposes.
When a live session is being recorded, reasonable notice will be provided.
If you voluntarily participate by speaking, appearing on camera, submitting a question, or otherwise contributing during a recorded session, your name, voice, image, question, or contribution may appear in the resulting recording.
If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may participate without your camera or microphone where the platform allows and may use other available methods for submitting questions.
12. Sponsors, Affiliates, and Third-Party Offers
The Empowering Fertility Summit may include sponsors, promotional partners, affiliate relationships, product recommendations, special offers, or links to third-party websites, products, and services.
Where applicable, we may receive compensation, commissions, sponsorship fees, products, or other benefits in connection with these relationships.
Any purchase or interaction between you and a third-party provider is between you and that provider and may be subject to the third party’s own terms, conditions, refund policies, and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, quality, claims, policies, or actions of independent third-party products or services.
13. Bonuses and Third-Party Gifts
Certain All-Access Passes may include bonuses, gifts, discounts, resources, or offers provided by Summit speakers, sponsors, or other third parties.
Third-party bonuses may have their own eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption instructions, availability limitations, or terms.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe bonuses at the time they are offered but cannot guarantee the continued availability or fulfillment of a third-party offer where circumstances are outside our reasonable control.
When reasonably necessary, we reserve the right to replace an unavailable bonus with another item or resource of reasonably comparable value.
14. Giveaways
Certain Summit passes or promotions may include entry into giveaways or prize drawings.
Giveaways may be subject to separate official rules, including eligibility requirements, entry periods, winner-selection procedures, prize details, geographic restrictions, and other applicable conditions.
Where required by applicable law, no purchase will be necessary to enter.
Winners may be required to respond within a specified period and provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within the stated timeframe or is not eligible, another winner may be selected.
Prizes supplied by third parties may also be subject to the supplier’s own terms, conditions, availability, and geographic restrictions.
15. Technology and Availability
The Summit relies on third-party technologies and service providers, which may include website hosting, video streaming, email delivery, payment processing, online course platforms, private podcast platforms, and video-conferencing services.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access, we cannot guarantee that the Summit website, live sessions, recordings, emails, private feeds, or digital materials will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary technical problems, internet outages, third-party platform failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
Where a significant technical issue occurs within our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
16. Acceptable Use and Termination of Access
You agree to use the Summit website, presentations, materials, and any related spaces lawfully and respectfully.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Summit systems or materials, interfere with the operation of the Summit, distribute restricted content, share paid access with others, harass speakers or participants, or otherwise misuse the Summit or its resources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.
Termination resulting from a material violation of these Terms does not entitle the participant to a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
17. External Links
The Summit website, presentations, emails, and resources may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties.
We do not control these external websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, services, privacy practices, or terms.
You are encouraged to review the applicable policies of third-party websites before providing personal information or making purchases.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anne-Claire Le Bihan, the Empowering Fertility Summit, and their employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in the Summit, use of Summit materials, reliance on information presented during the Summit, or use of third-party products or services discussed during the Summit.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Privacy
Your registration for and participation in the Empowering Fertility Summit are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
Where you are given the option to receive a resource, bonus, offer, or communication directly from a Summit speaker, sponsor, or partner, any sharing of your personal information will be handled according to the consent presented to you at that time and applicable privacy laws.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Summit, our practices, applicable laws, or other operational requirements.
Any revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms clearly presented at the time of registration or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your registration for, access to, participation in, and purchase of offerings associated with the Empowering Fertility Summit.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
